Cancellation policy
In cases of prepaid sessions each no-show forfeits one session.
It is the policy of Targeted Therapeutic Massage that all clients keep a valid credit or debit card on file at all times to enforce the cancellation policy. Cancellations or reschedules must be done at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. As soon as possible is appreciated. This means that if your appointment is Thursday at 3 o’clock pm, then you must cancel by Wednesday at 3 o’clock pm. There will be fees charged for late cancellations, last-minute changes, and no-shows.
- A late cancellation is a cancellation that occurs without at least 24 hours notice, up to 2 hours before your appointment. This fee is $50.
- A no-show is not canceling prior to 2 hours before, AND/OR not showing up for your appointment. This fee is 100% of the session cost.
- Changes made within 2 hours of your appointment are subject to a fee equal to the session cost.
You are responsible for the full cost of your session even if you arrive late. Sessions will not be prorated. Calls or texts are acceptable for cancellations. You will receive a response to follow up and let you know your message was received. You are responsible for your appointment until you receive a response. Discounts of any kind only apply to completed sessions. There will be no discounts applied to fees. All sales are final. There will be no refunds. Any exceptions made for illness, legitimate emergencies, or any other reason, are made on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Bernadette Brown LMT.
