Refund policy
I want you to be happy. I will offer alternatives or try my best to compromise within reason.
It is the policy of Targeted Therapeutic Massage that there are no refunds given for any services provided or sessions purchased. All sales are final. This should be seriously considered when pre-paying for sessions and determining the amount of sessions you are purchasing in advance. Sessions can be gifted or transferred, but the alternate must go through the intake process as well, and all rules and policies apply.
